We develop different tools for pressure funnel as well as tools for suppliers from different fields of industry – from household appliances to automotive industry. We can make tools that measure 2000 x 1500 mm and weigh up to 25 t. The tools are also tested. If you wish, we can even make you a measurement protocol of the product. The tools are constructed on the basis of your 3D model or on the basis of product sketches and other specifications. We can help you with all phases of the process – from the development of the product to its serial production. With the help of our tools, we can make null or larger series of the products.
When planning and making tools, we usually install the components for shrew thread carving and in-process assembly of various parts that are used when installing the components. All tools are electronically protected if they were to undergo an unexpected breaking.
