We develop and manufacture tools for customers across a wide range of industries, from household appliances to the automotive industry. We are capable of manufacturing tools with dimensions of up to 1,500 × 700 mm and a total weight of up to 5 tonnes. We also test our tools and, upon request, provide dimensional inspection reports for the manufactured products. Our tools are designed based on customers' 3D models, technical drawings and individual specifications. We support our customers throughout every stage of the process, from product development to series production. Using our tools, we manufacture both prototype batches and larger production series.
During the design and manufacturing of our tools, we also integrate components for thread tapping and intermediate assembly operations involving various parts. All our tools are equipped with electronic protection systems designed to prevent unexpected tool breakage and ensure reliable production processes.
