We make and develop tools that are intended for the purpose of sheet metal processing and aluminium pressure casting for the needs of automotive industry of various automobile trademarks. For the purposes of sheet metal processing, we make processing and transfer tools, with the possibility of the built-in in-process components for sleeve, nut and pin stamping. The maximum size of the produced tool, made in our own capacity is 2000 x 1000 mm.
Apart from that, we also make prefabricated lines for the purpose of automotive compounds and sub-assemblies, consisting of internal bodywork parts, which are inbuilt in the most modern automobile trademarks.
Programs such as CATIA, Master-cam, A-cad and qapt serve as a support for creating and planning our programmes.
Until this day, we have won several fields and gain experience on the areas of:
- our own construction of combined cutting, bending and traction tools,
- construction of thermoplastic and duroplastic spraying machines,
- production of the most demanding combined tools for the purposes of automotive industry,
- production of tools, intended for medical equipment packaging,
